The Skills Assessment Process for your Employees

Step 1

free skills
check

Your staff will determine their eligibility for RPL by conducting a Free Skills Check. When it’s done, they will have a brief discussion with an RPL specialist who will walk them through the process step by step.

Step 2

evidence
submitted

Next, we’ll work with your staff to gather supporting evidence. Going through all of their work experience and determining suitable evidence can be hard. We'll do our best to make it easier.

Step 3

evidence
assessed

We'll compile your employee's evidence so that it’s aligned with the units of the qualifications they're after. This helps them successfully achieve the qualification from one of our RTO partners.

Step 4

evidence
approved

Congratulations, the Skills Recognition & RPL Process is complete. Provided of course your staff met the requirements of each unit. On to the next step!
